Assignment; Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement may not be assigned by either party; provided, however, that NRFC may assign its obligations under this Agreement to any one or more of its Affiliates, but no such assignments shall relieve NRFC of its obligations hereunder. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
