Common use of Assignment to CMRRA Clause in Contracts

Assignment to CMRRA. Publisher hereby assigns to CMRRA, for the Term of the Publisher Affiliation Agreement, and for the purposes set out herein, all rights of remuneration for private copying for the term hereof with respect to any and all musical works presently included in those catalogues which Publisher has engaged CMRRA to represent for the purposes of mechanical licensing, as well as any new works that may be added to such catalogues during the term hereof and any further catalogues and musical works contained therein which Publisher engages CMRRA to represent for the purposes of mechanical licensing during the term hereof. Notwithstanding Part II, section 2 of the Publisher Affiliation Agreement, the assignment of rights outlined in this Schedule β€˜F’ is exclusive.
