Assignment to EAGLE Clause Samples
The "Assignment to EAGLE" clause establishes that certain rights, obligations, or interests under the agreement are transferred to EAGLE. In practice, this means that any intellectual property, contractual benefits, or other specified assets created or acquired during the course of the agreement are automatically assigned to EAGLE, making it the legal owner. This clause ensures that EAGLE has clear and undisputed ownership of relevant assets, preventing disputes over rights and streamlining management or enforcement of those assets.
