Common use of Assignment to Issuer and to Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Assignment to Issuer and to Indenture Trustee. (a) The Seller hereby assigns to the Issuer all of the Seller’s rights in, to and under the Transfer Agreement.

Assignment to Issuer and to Indenture Trustee. (a) The Seller Transferor hereby assigns acknowledges and consents to the Issuer sale, transfer, assignment and conveyance of all right, title and interest of the Seller in, to and under the Transferred Environmental Control Property and the proceeds thereof and the assignment of any or all of the Seller’s rights in, hereunder to and under the Transfer Issuer pursuant to the Sale Agreement.
