Common use of Assignment to Related Entities Clause in Contracts

Assignment to Related Entities. Notwithstanding clause 9.1 and clause 9.3, either party may assign or otherwise transfer without the approval of the other party any right or obligation arising out of this Agreement to any entity who is (directly or indirectly) owned or controlled by Mr. Graeme Xxxxxxx Xxxx.
