Assignment to Servicer Clause Samples

Assignment to Servicer. Borrower acknowledges and agrees that Lender may, at any time on or after the Closing Date, assign its duties, rights or obligations hereunder or under any Loan Document in whole, or in part, to a servicer and/or a trustee (the “Servicer”) in Lender’s discretion. Nothing herein shall in any way limit Lender’s right to sell all or a portion of the Loan in a transaction which is not a Secondary Market Transaction.
