ASSIGNMENT TO THIRD PARTIES (SUB-PROCESSORS. 9.1. The Data Processor is forbidden to use third parties (sub-processors) for the execution of the Services without the prior, specific or general, written authorisation from the Data Controller. In case of general written authorisation, the Data Processor will notify the Data Controller of any anticipated changes relating to the addition or replacement of other data processors (sub-processors), so giving the Data Controller the opportunity to object to such changes. 9.2. In case of written consent from the Data Controller, the Data Processor undertakes to include in the agreement with the sub-processor guarantees and obligations similar to those included in this data processing agreement, making a list of sub-processors available to the Data Controller. 9.3. The Data Processor remains fully responsible with respect to the Data Controller for the fulfilment of the obligations of the sub-processors.
