Common use of ASSIGNMENT/WAIVER Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT/WAIVER. Seller may not assign this Agreement or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement, without the prior written consent of Insitu. Any assignment or transfer without such written consent shall be null and void. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the successors and assigns of Insitu without restriction.
