Common use of Assignments and Delegations Clause in Contracts

Assignments and Delegations. This agreement shall be mutually beneficial and be binding upon the parties and their respective successors and assignees. Neither party shall assign or delegate this Agreement or any rights, privileges or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
