Common use of Assignments and Participations Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Assignments and Participations Binding Effect. (a) Binding Effect This Agreement shall become effective when it shall have been executed by Borrowers, the other Credit Parties signatory hereto and Agent and when Agent shall have been notified by each Lender that such Lender has executed it. Thereafter, it shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of, but only to the benefit of, Borrowers, the other Credit Parties hereto (in each case except for the Sections 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 9.8 and 9.9), Agent, each Lender and each L/C Issuer receiving the benefits of the Loan Documents and, in each case, their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as expressly provided in any Loan Document (including in Section 9.7), none of any Borrower, any other Credit Party, any L/C Issuer or Agent shall have the right to assign any rights or obligations hereunder or any interest herein.
