ASSIGNMENTS AND SUB-LEASE. The TENANT hereby agrees not to assign this lease voluntarily or involuntarily, nor to sub-lease the Premises or any part of the Leased Premises, without the written consent of the LANDLORD, (such consent not to be unreasonably witheld )under penalty of instant forfeiture of this lease. All rights and liabilities herein given to or imposed upon either of the parties shall extend to the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of such party.

ASSIGNMENTS AND SUB-LEASE. The LESSEE hereby agrees not to assign this Lease voluntarily or involuntarily, nor to sub-lease the Premises or any part of the Leased Premises, without the written consent of the LESSOR, under penalty of instant forfeiture of this Lease. All rights and liabilities herein given to or imposed upon either of the Parties shall extend to the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of such party. LESSOR agrees to cooperate and to provide consent reasonably as to an assignment to: (a) a subsidiary, affiliate or parent company of LESSEE; or (b) any entity which succeeds to all or part of LESSEE’s assets by merger, sale or otherwise.

ASSIGNMENTS AND SUB-LEASE. Lessee agrees not to assign this agreement, in whole or in part, or sublet any part of the Premises, without first obtaining the written consent (express written consent as to terms, conditions and tenants) of DMVA, and in the event that DMVA consents to any such assignment or sublease, Lessee shall remain primarily liable for all payments under paragraph 9 and other conditions herein provided, unless otherwise expressly provided for by written consent of DMVA. No assignment or subletting made by Lessee, shall vest any rights or interest whatsoever in the assignee or sublessee in or to the leased premises until DMVA has granted express written consent to the assignment or sub- lease.
