Common use of Assignments and Subleases Clause in Contracts

Unless the City is in default under the Lease, the Authority may not assign its rights under this Site Lease or sublet all or any portion of the Leased Property, except as provided in the Assignment Agreement and in the Lease, without the prior written consent of the City.
