Common use of Assignments and Successors Clause in Contracts

Assignments and Successors. The parties deem the services to be rendered pursuant to this Agreement to be personal in nature. Each party binds itself and its partners, successors, executors, administrators, and assigns to the other party of this Agreement and to the partners, successors, executors, administrators, and assigns of such other party, in respect to all covenants of this Agreement.
