Common use of Assignments As Amendments Clause in Contracts

Assignments As Amendments. Such Assignments shall constitute amendments to this Agreement; shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement unless expressly provided otherwise in the Assignment; and shall provide for, among other things, the following, all of which shall be negotiated as part of every Assignment: 2.1.1.1. description of the project assignment; 2.1.1.2. scope of services; 2.1.1.3. schedule and term; 2.1.1.4. PSP personnel assigned to the Project;
