Assignments by an Issuing Bank. If any Issuing Bank ceases to be a Lender hereunder by virtue of any assignment made pursuant to this Section 13.01, then, as of the effective date of such cessation, such Issuing Bank's obligations to issue Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.04 shall terminate and such Issuing Bank shall be an Issuing Bank hereunder only with respect to outstanding Letters of Credit issued prior to such date.
