Assignments by Lxxxxxx. Any Lender may at any time assign to one or more assignees all or a portion of its rights and obligations under this Agreement (including, without limitation (i) such Lender’s Commitment, (ii) all Loans made by such Lender, (iii) such Lender’s Notes (if any), and (iv) such Lxxxxx’s interest in any Letter of Credit or Swing Loan); provided that any such assignment shall be subject to the following conditions:
