Assignments by Owner. The Owner may not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement or the other Operative Documents except to the extent expressly provided thereby or with the consent of all of the Purchasers and the Lessee.
Assignments by Owner. Owner may, without Contractor’s consent, but with written notice to Contractor assign this Agreement; provided, however, that no assignment of this Agreement by Owner pursuant to this Section 11.1.2 shall release Owner from its further obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.
