Common use of Assignments by the NTO or the ISO Clause in Contracts

Assignments by the NTO or the ISO. This Agreement may be assigned by either Party including, without limitation, to any entity(ies) in connection with a merger, consolidation, reorganization or change in the organizational structure of the assigning Party, provided that the surviving entity(ies) agree, in writing, to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
