Common use of Assignments by Xxxxx Fargo Clause in Contracts

Assignments by Xxxxx Fargo. Notwithstanding any provision in this Section 8.05 to the contrary, no Assignment by Xxxxx Fargo shall be subject to the requirements set forth in clauses (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of the proviso of Section 8.05(c) until the syndication of the Commitments and the Loans has been successfully completed (as determined by Xxxxx Fargo in its sole discretion), and no registration or processing fee shall be payable in connection with any such Assignment by Xxxxx Fargo.
