Assignments granted by the Supplier. Project Specific IPR The Supplier hereby assigns to the Customer with full guarantee (or shall procure from the first owner the assignment to the Customer), title to and all rights and interest in the Project Specific IPRs. The assignment under this Clause 33.2.1 shall take effect as a present assignment of future rights that will take effect immediately on the coming into existence of the relevant Project Specific IPRs.
