Assignments of Manufacturers’ Warranties. TNB hereby assigns to Buyer the manufacturers’ warranties on all appliances, equipment, and “consumer products” installed in the Residence. A copy of each of these warranties will be left in the home prior to occupancy. Buyer should follow the procedure set forth in the applicable warranty if a defect appears in any appliance, item of equipment, or other consumer product.
