Assignments, Records and Accounts and Inventory Report. Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Accounts. Borrowers shall deliver to Agent, upon demand, a copy of (and after the occurrence of and during the continuance of an Event of Default, the original of) all documents relating to the Accounts and such other matters and information relating to the status of then existing Accounts as Agent shall reasonably request.
