Assignments, Records and Schedules of Accounts. Each Grantor shall keep accurate and complete records of its Accounts ("Account Records") and from time to time at intervals designated by the Agent such Grantor shall provide the Agent with a schedule of Accounts in form and substance acceptable to the Agent describing all Accounts created or acquired by such Grantor ("Schedule of Accounts"); provided, however, that such Grantor's failure to execute and deliver any such Schedule of Accounts shall not affect or limit the Agent's security interest or other rights in and to any Accounts for the benefit of the Lenders. If requested by the Agent, each Grantor shall furnish the Agent with copies of proof of delivery and other documents relating to the Accounts so scheduled, including without limitation repayment histories and present status reports (collectively, "Account Documents") and such other matter and information relating to the status of then existing Accounts as the Agent shall request.
