Common use of Assignments; Reinsurance; Third-Party Rights Clause in Contracts

Assignments; Reinsurance; Third-Party Rights. (a) This Insurance Agreement shall be a continuing obligation of the parties hereto and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. No TFC Party may assign its rights under this Insurance Agreement, or delegate any of its duties hereunder, without the prior written consent of the Insurer. Any assignment made in violation of this Insurance Agreement shall be null and void.
