ASSIGNMENTS, SUBCONTRACTS, AND SUCCESSORS. ‌ Contractor shall not assign, sell, transfer, or subcontract rights, or delegate responsibilities under this Contract, in whole or in part, without the prior written approval of the Agency. Further, no such written approval shall relieve Contractor of any obligations under the Contract, and any assignee, transferee, or delegate shall be considered the agent of Contractor. The provisions of this Contract are binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
