Assignments, Subleases end Transfers. Tenant shall not enter into, consent to or permit any transfer of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord in each instance, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, but shall be subject to Landlord's rights under the following Sections 11.02 and 11.03.
