Assignments; Successors and Assigns. The Company may assign any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to its rights to repurchase Shares under the Right of First Refusal and the Repurchase Option. Any assignment of rights and obligations by any other party to this Agreement requires the Company’s prior written consent.
