Assignments, Successors, and No Third-Party Rights. None of the parties to this Agreement may assign any of its rights under this Agreement without the prior consent of the other parties. Subject to the preceding sentence, this Agreement and every representation, warranty, covenant, agreement and provision hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
