Assignments to Foreign Lenders. At the time of each assignment pursuant to Section 11.07(b) to a Foreign Lender that is not already a Lender hereunder, the assignee shall provide to the Administrative Agent and to the Company certification as to exemption for deduction or withholding of Taxes in accordance with Section 11.15 and shall be subject to the provisions thereof.
