Assignments to Liquidity Providers and other Program Support Providers. Any Conduit Lender may at any time grant to one or more of its Liquidity Providers or other Program Support Providers, participating interests in its Loans. In the event of any such grant by such Conduit Lender of a participating interest to a Liquidity Provider or other Program Support Provider, such Conduit Lender shall remain responsible for the performance of its obligations hereunder. The Borrower agrees that each Liquidity Provider and Program Support Provider of any Conduit Lender hereunder shall be entitled to the benefits of Sections 2.12 and 2.13 (subject to the requirements and limitations therein and subject to such Participant’s compliance with the requirements of Section 2.14) and Article VIII.
