Assignments to Regulus. (a) Isis hereby grants, sells, conveys, transfers, assigns, releases and delivers to Regulus all right, title and interest in and to the Patent Rights and contracts listed on SCHEDULE 2.1(A) attached hereto, to have and hold the same unto itself, its successors and assigns forever, and Regulus hereby accepts such grant, sale, conveyance, etc.
