ASSIGNMENTS, TRANSFERS OR AMENDMENTS. 9.1 The Security Trustee may assign and transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the Security Trust and Intercreditor Deed. The Security Trustee shall be entitled to disclose such information concerning the Pledgor, the Company and this Agreement as the Security Trustee considers appropriate to any actual or proposed direct or indirect successor or to any person to whom information may be required to be disclosed by any applicable law.
