Assignor’s Acknowledgement. Assignor acknowledges and agrees that GE is authorized to perform its obligations under the Assigned Agreement pursuant to Security Agent’s exercise of Assignor’s rights in accordance with this Consent, and that GE shall bear no liability to Assignor in connection therewith.
