Common use of Assigns and Assignment Clause in Contracts

Assigns and Assignment. This Agreement and the provisions hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto; provided that the Escrow Agent shall not be permitted to assign its obligations hereunder except as provided in Sections 4.2 and 4.3 above.
