Common use of Assigns and Successors Clause in Contracts

Assigns and Successors. Contractor shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights, obligations, or duties under this Contract without the prior written consent of UNLV. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall be fully responsible to UNLV and shall indemnify UNLV for any acts or omissions of any Subcontractors hired by Contractor, regardless of whether UNLV consented to the use of any such Subcontractors.
