Common use of Assistance by COUNTY Clause in Contracts

Assistance by COUNTY. 24 1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with 25 A/E in connection with the work of this AGREEMENT. Said staff member's 26 duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A/E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous 1 items which in the judgment of A/E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and 2 all other duties as may be described in Exhibit A.

Assistance by COUNTY. 24 19 1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with 25 20 A/E in connection with the work of this AGREEMENT. Said staff member's 26 21 duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A/E 22 in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous 1 23 items which in the judgment of A/E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and 2 24 all other duties as may be described in Exhibit Attachment A.
