ASSISTANCE BY CUSTOMER. Customer shall provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to Vendor in preparation of the Product and the delivery or installation thereof. Such assistance and cooperation shall include, as appropriate, reasonable access to Customers facility and to Customer's records, as necessary.
