Assistance by Executive. During the period of Executive’s employment by the Company, Executive shall assist the Company and any Company nominee, at any time, in the protection of the Company’s worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee(s) and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries. After Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, at the request from time to time and expense of the Company, Executive shall assist the Company or its nominee(s) in the protection of the Company’s worldwide right, title and interest in and to Confidential Information and the execution of all formal assignment documents requested by the Company or its nominee and the execution of all lawful oaths and applications for patents and registration of copyright in the United States and foreign countries provided, however, that such assistance from Executive after Executive’s employment with the Company terminates shall be at the Company’s expense and shall not require Executive to expend unreasonable periods of time or unreasonably interfere with any obligations Executive may have to provide services to other persons or entities.
