Assistance in Consummation of the Merger. Each of CSI, Merger Sub and RP shall provide all reasonable assistance to, and shall cooperate with, each other to bring about the consummation of the Merger as soon as practicable in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. CSI shall cause Merger Sub to perform all of its obligations in connection with this Agreement.
