Assistance in seeking Approvals. 6.3.1 The Authority may at the request and cost of the Developer, assist the Developer on best effort basis in applying for permits, license, or approvals which are required for any of the works in relation to the Project, or otherwise for the purposes of undertaking the Project, including clearance from customs for plant and machinery, and for re-export of the Developer’s equipment after completion of the Project.
