Assistance is Prohibited. Executive further agrees that Executive will not, directly or indirectly, assist or encourage any other person in carrying out, directly or indirectly, any activity that would be prohibited by the above provisions of this Section 2 if such activity were carried out by Executive, directly or indirectly, or induce any employee, or former employee of Bioventus to carry out, directly or indirectly, any such activity.
