Common use of Assistance to be Furnished Clause in Contracts

Assistance to be Furnished. The Contractor shall furnish such laborers as may be necessary to aid the Department in its inspections, and in case the Contractor shall neglect or refuse to do so, such laborers as may be necessary will be employed by the Commissioner, and the expense thereof will be deducted from and paid out of any money then due or which may thereafter become due to the Contractor for Work performed under this Contract.
