Common use of Assistance to Owner Clause in Contracts

Assistance to Owner. Builder is to provide any and all information and assistance that maybe requested by Owner and / or Banks that maybe interested in or have agreed to provide finance for the Construction of the subject Vessel. Any and all information provided will be held confidential and used solely for the intended purpose it has been provided for. If Owners and / or their Banks with whom an agreement is reached for financing the construction of the Vessel request any subsequent changes to the terms of Contract as a result of Owners obtaining finance then Builder agrees to cooperate and assist in making the required changes provided these are reasonable. Owner remains responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of any changes being made to the contract terms.
