Common use of Assistance to Owner Clause in Contracts

Assistance to Owner. Provide to Owner information reasonably requested by Owner to enable it to fulfill its obligations under the Contract Documents. This obligation shall include providing such assistance as is reasonably requested by Owner in dealing with any Governmental Unit in matters relating to the Work and the Project.
