Common use of Assistance to Port of Melbourne Clause in Contracts

The Owner must ensure that its servants, agents, employees and contractors cooperate fully with Port of Melbourne and other users of the Channel to the extent that such cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with all Legislative Requirements, including the MTOFSA.

The Owner must ensure that its servants, agents, employees and contractors cooperate fully with Port of Melbourne and other users of Port Facilities and the Channel Common Users Wharves to the extent that such cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with all Legislative Requirements, including the MTOFSA.

The Owner must ensure that its servants, agents, employees and contractors cooperate fully with Port of Melbourne and other users of the Channel Dedicated Facility and Port Facilities to the extent that such cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with all Legislative Requirements, including the MTOFSA.

The Owner Hirer must ensure that its servants, agents, employees and contractors cooperate fully with Port of Melbourne and other users of Port Facilities and the Channel Common User Terminal to the extent that such cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with all Legislative Requirements, including the MTOFSA.

The Owner must Hirer shall ensure that its servants, agents, employees and contractors cooperate fully with Port of Melbourne and other users of Port Facilities and the Channel Common User Terminal to the extent that such cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with all Legislative Requirements, including the MTOFSA.
