Assistance with Intellectual Property Protection. PPD will provide to TSD information in PPD’s possession or Control and access to PPD personnel as reasonably requested by TSD, at TSD’s sole cost, that is necessary or useful for seeking such Intellectual Property protection. All expenses incurred by TSD associated with seeking protection of Intellectual Property shall be paid by TSD. In connection with any action involving a Patent in the Collaboration Patent Estate or a Product, PPD shall provide TSD with any information or assistance that TSD reasonably requests, at TSD’s sole cost.
