Common use of Assistance with Litigation Clause in Contracts

Assistance with Litigation. In the case of assistance with Third Party litigation pertaining to any of the Intellectual Property transferred in Article II or licensed in Articles III or IV above, the Parties shall agree on a case by case basis on reasonable compensation, for the value of the non-litigating Party's employee's time as reasonably required in connection with any such litigation.
