Assistance with Permits and Filings. Each Party will furnish the other Parties with all information concerning such Party that is required for inclusion in any application or filing made by the requesting Party to or with any Governmental Body in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Buyer in obtaining any Permits, or any consents to assignment related thereto, that Buyer will require in connection with the continued operation of the Assets and the Business after the Closing.
Assistance with Permits and Filings. The Seller will furnish the Purchaser with all information concerning the Company or the Business that is required for inclusion in any application or filing made by the Purchaser to any Governmental Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Purchaser in obtaining any Permits, or any consents to assignment related thereto, that the Purchaser will require in connection with the continued operation of the Company and the Business after the Closing.
Assistance with Permits and Filings. DFA and Mid-Am will furnish Holdings with all information that is required for inclusion in any application or filing to be made by Suiza or by Dean Xxxds or their respective Affiliates to any Governmental Body in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby. Each of DFA and Mid-Am will use its reasonable best efforts to assist Suiza, Dean Xxxds or their respective Affiliates in obtaining any Governmental Authorizations, or any Consents related thereto, that any of such parties will require in connection with the transfer of the Dairy Operations, the Dairy Liabilities, the SDG Common Interests and the SDG Preferred Interests.
Assistance with Permits and Filings. The Reid Xxxent and each Reid Xxxpany will furnish the Suiza Parent with all information that is required for inclusion in any application or filing to be made by any Suiza Party or its affiliates to any Governmental Body in connection with the Contemplated Transactions. The Reid Xxxent and each Reid Xxxpany will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Suiza Parent in obtaining any Governmental Authorizations, or any Consents related thereto, that the Suiza Parent, Holdings or the Company will require in connection with the Contemplated Transactions.
Assistance with Permits and Filings. The Sellers will, with reasonable promptness, furnish Buyer with all information concerning the Sellers that is required for inclusion in any application or filing made by Buyer to or with any Governmental Body in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the purchase and sale of the Assets. The Sellers will use commercially reasonable efforts (at Buyer’s expense, but subject to Article V) to assist Buyer in obtaining any Permits, or any consents to assignment relating thereto, that Buyer will require in connection with the continued operation of the Assets and the Business after the Closing.

Each of Suiza and Holdings will furnish DFA or Mid-Am, as applicable, with all information that is required for inclusion in any application or filing to be made by DFA or their Affiliates to any Governmental Body in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby. Each of Suiza and Holdings will use its reasonable best efforts to assist DFA or Mid-Am, as applicable, in obtaining any Governmental Authorizations, or any Consents related thereto, that DFA or Mid-Am, as applicable, will require in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

DFA, each DFA Company and Schexxxx xxxl furnish Suiza Foods with all information that is required for inclusion in any application or filing to be made by Suiza Foods or its affiliates to any Governmental Body in connection with the Contemplated Transactions. DFA, each DFA Company and Schexxxx xxxl use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Suiza Foods in obtaining any Governmental Authorizations, or any Consents related thereto, that any Suiza Parent or Venture will require in connection with the Contemplated Transactions.

Each Suiza Parent and each Suiza Company will furnish DFA with all information that is required for inclusion in any application or filing to be made by DFA or its affiliates to any Governmental Body in connection with the Contemplated Transactions. Each Suiza Parent and each Suiza Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist DFA in obtaining any Governmental Authorizations, or any Consents related thereto, that DFA or Venture will require in connection with the Contemplated Transactions.
Assistance with Permits and Filings. Subject to such confidentiality restrictions as may be reasonably requested, the Sellers will furnish, and will cause the Company and its subsidiaries to furnish, the Buyer with all information concerning the Sellers, the Company or its subsidiaries that is required for inclusion in any application or filing made by the Buyer to any Governmental Body in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Assistance with Permits and Filings. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing, the Company shall (a) furnish the Buyer with all information in the Company’s possession that is required for inclusion in any application or filing to be made by the Buyer or its Affiliates to or with any Governmental Body in connection with the Contemplated Transactions, and (b) use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Buyer in obtaining any Governmental Authorizations, or any Consents related thereto, that the Buyer or its Affiliates will require in connection with the Contemplated Transactions.
