Common use of Assistance with Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Assistance with Proceedings. You further agree to reasonably assist Aspreva, at Aspreva's request and expense, in connection with any defence to an allegation of infringement of another person's intellectual property rights, claim of invalidity of another person's intellectual property rights, opposition to, or intervention regarding, an application for letters patent, copyright or trademark or other proceedings relating to intellectual property or applications for registration thereof.

Assistance with Proceedings. You further agree to reasonably assist Aspreva, at Aspreva's ’s request and expense, in connection with any defence to an allegation of infringement of another person's ’s intellectual property rights, claim of invalidity of another person's ’s intellectual property rights, opposition to, or intervention regarding, an application for letters patent, copyright or trademark or other proceedings relating to intellectual property or applications for registration thereof.

Assistance with Proceedings. You further agree to reasonably assist Aspreva, at Aspreva's request and expense, in connection with any defence to an allegation that any element of infringement of the Work Product infringes on another person's intellectual property rights, claim of invalidity of another person's intellectual property rights, opposition to, or intervention regarding, an application for letters patent, copyright or trademark or other proceedings relating to intellectual property or applications for registration thereof.

You further agree to reasonably assist Aspreva, at Aspreva's request and expense, in connection with any defence to an allegation of infringement of another person's intellectual property rights, claim of invalidity of another person's 's' intellectual property rights, opposition to, or intervention regarding, an application for letters patent, copyright or trademark or other proceedings relating to intellectual property or applications for registration thereof.
