ASSISTANCE WITH REGISTRATION. 10.1 The Seller agree and undertake with the Buyer to provide the Buyer (or their relevant nominee) with all reasonable assistance required by the Buyers in relation to the re-registration of each of the Vessels under PRC flag in the name of the Buyer (or their nominee).
